Hoppin Grinsell has been appointed as co-Lead Counsel for a proposed class of U.S.-based cryptoasset investors who claim that the Bancor cryptocurrency exchange and its founders offered and sold unregistered securities, misled investors, and otherwise operated in violation of the securities laws, causing some individual investors to experience catastrophic losses and costing the class over $50 million USD.

U.S. District Judge Robert Pitman approved lead plaintiffs’ choice of Hoppin Grinsell, co-lead counsel Silver Golub and Teitel, and local counsel Kendall Law Group to represent the proposed class.  Partners Tim Grinsell and Margot Hoppin represent the Plaintiffs.
