Josh represents clients in high-stakes commercial disputes and class actions, bringing clear-eyed strategy and strong advocacy to every stage of litigation.

Josh graduated with honors from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a Paul Fuller Scholar, a Pro Bono Scholar, and a Notes & Articles Editor for the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law.  Josh also worked at the Legal Aid Society, the Environmental Law Division of the New York City Law Department, and the New York Appellate Division for the Second Judicial Department.

Prior to joining Hoppin & Grinsell, Josh represented survivors of labor trafficking and gender violence at The Legal Aid Society and worked at an employment law boutique in New York City.
